1. Please briefly describe the participants in your roundtable. How many attended? What attracted participants to the design profession? Did they have particular mentors or experiences that opened the door to the profession?

3. Were there actions or activities that made participants feel particularly welcome as they became involved with AIGA? unwelcome?
